1. Are you an official Bosch supplier?
Yes. CENTE is an official Bosch Technical Sales Partner (TSP) under a direct cooperation agreement with Robert Bosch GmbH (Mobility Aftermarket division, Karlsruhe, Germany). We have been working with Bosch since 2022 and operate under official Bosch customer account.
2. Where do your Bosch parts come from?
All parts are sourced directly from Bosch warehouses across Europe and shipped to our facility in Riga, Latvia. We have real-time access to Bosch stock through the TecCom system and can verify availability and lead times for any Bosch part number.
3. How quickly will I get a quote?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For parts in stock at our Riga warehouse, we can provide instant quotes. For parts requiring sourcing from Bosch — we confirm availability and lead time within the same response.
4. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the European Union, Scandinavia, Norway and United Kingdom as standard destinations. Worldwide delivery is available on request – please contact us with your destination for a shipping quote.
5. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order – we ship from a single box to full truck loads. Our logistics team will always find the most cost-effective shipping option for the order size.
6. How long does delivery take?
For parts in stock at our Riga warehouse: typically 2–5 business days within the EU. For parts sourced from Bosch warehouses: typically 5–10 business days depending on destination. Express delivery is available on request.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by international bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT). For first-time customers, we work on prepayment basis. Established partners can request payment terms.
8. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. As an official Bosch TSP, we can negotiate exclusive volume pricing directly with Bosch for large orders. Send us your part list and quantities for a custom quote.
9. Can I order parts not listed on your website?
Yes. Our website shows the most popular Bosch parts but our full catalog includes the entire Bosch aftermarket range. Send us any Bosch part number and we will check availability – usually within a few hours.
10. Which industries do you supply parts for?
