These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the centeparts.com website and the supply of Bosch diesel components by SIA Cente (“CENTE”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of services
CENTE is an authorised Bosch Technical Sales Partner (TSP) under cooperation agreement with Robert Bosch GmbH. We supply original Bosch diesel components to business customers (distributors, workshops and industrial clients) across Europe and worldwide on request.
3. Business customers only.
Our products and services are intended for business customers only. We do not sell to private consumers (B2C). By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing in the course of your business activity.
4. Quotations and orders
Product information on the website is for general reference only and does not constitute a binding offer. All sales are subject to a specific written quotation. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation document (typically 14–30 days). Orders are confirmed by written acceptance from CENTE.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in EUR and exclude VAT, shipping costs and customs duties unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in the individual quotation. For new customers, payment is typically required in advance by bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT).
6. Delivery
Delivery times stated are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse or from the Bosch warehouse in case of direct shipment. Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure do not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim damages.
7. Product warranty
All Bosch components carry the standard manufacturer warranty issued by Robert Bosch GmbH as per their product specifications. Warranty terms vary by product category and are provided with each order. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and supporting evidence.
8. Returns
Bosch components are sold on a final-sale basis and cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the ordered specification. Defective products are handled under the Bosch manufacturer warranty procedure. Returns are subject to prior written agreement with CENTE.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the sale of products is limited to the value of the products in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit, downtime or business interruption.
10. Intellectual property
All content on centeparts.com — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of SIA Cente or used with permission. The Bosch logo and trademark are used in accordance with our cooperation agreement with Robert Bosch GmbH. Third-party brand logos are used solely to indicate compatible applications and remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, embargo, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions or actions of public authorities.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from sales of products shall be settled by the competent courts of Riga, Latvia.
13. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of last update.
